Jeanine--I didn't remember seeing this when I did this step. I asked my colleague, and she knew immediately where to find the security update. In the Overdrive Media Console, click onto "Tools." There's only two choices under it, and one of them is Windows Media Player Security Update. It will automatically update it, and then click onto OK. When you open Windows Media Player, a screen will come up to say that you successfully installed the security upgrade and to complete it press Play. You should be all set! Windows tech support didn't know anything about it because it's actually coming from the Overdrive Media Console, rather than from Windows. Let me know if you have any more questions/comments! Lori

I have OverDrive & Windows Media Player 11 on my computer, but I'm still hung up on the part that says "you need a security update." When I click OK, I receive a second message that I need a security update. Then NOTHING! OK, already, I know I need a security update, but how can I download it? Any help wold be greatly appreciated! Not even Windows Tech. support could help me with this one, as they want the specific security update required ????? I fI knew I would gladly tell them!
